How to use
01 — Prep: Apply a water-based conductive gel to clean, dry skin along the neck and jaw.
02 — Start low: Begin on the lowest intensity and glide slowly from chin toward ear, then down the neck toward the collarbone.
03 — Session: 10 minutes total, moving continuously — never hold in one spot. Rotate modes as directed in the user guide.
04 — Finish: Rinse off gel and follow with your usual skincare. Repeat 3–5 times per week.

Do I need the conductive gel?
Yes — a water-based conductive gel is required for the EMS to conduct properly and glide comfortably. Regular moisturizer isn't a substitute.
What does EMS feel like?
A gentle rhythmic pulse. Start on the lowest setting; you control the intensity throughout.
Do the LED modes differ between colors?
No — Black Silver, Pink, and White all have the identical 3-color LED (red/green/blue) and the same full feature set. Color is a purely cosmetic choice.
How is this different from the Velou Ray™ wand?
The Ray is a 4-in-1 light-therapy wand for targeted facial zones. The Tone is an EMS device purpose-shaped for the neck and jawline — different technology, different territory. Many customers use both: Ray above the jaw, Tone below it.
