Is it cordless?
No — All is a corded device that plugs into a wall outlet during use, delivering consistent energy output for the full session. The power adapter is included.

Do I need the conductive gel?
Yes, for HIFU, RF, and EMS modes — it's required for proper conduction and comfortable glide. Cleanser and LED modes don't require it.

How is this different from Velou Ray™ and Tone™?
Ray and Tone are focused, single-purpose tools for specific zones and routines. All combines every Velou technology — including HIFU, which neither other device has — into one flagship tool for a complete session.

Which mode should I start with?
Start with Cleanser, then move to your primary concern mode at the lowest intensity. Many customers rotate modes across the week rather than using all seven every session.
